Prior to ARE, Ellen was a Vice President at Carlyle. She joined Carlyle in 2010 and has been responsible for all financial management functions of Carlyle’s China real estate investments, including financial control, treasury management, bank financing and valuation reporting.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Ellen was Assistant Manager of Transaction and Restructuring Services at KPMG Hong Kong, providing valuation and modeling services for transaction and financial reporting purposes. Prior to that, she worked in the auditing function of KPMG Hong Kong, focusing on the infrastructure, construction and real estate industries. Ellen received her M. Phil from the University of Hong Kong and a B.A. from Fudan University. She has been a HK3CPA and CFA holder since 2010.
