Acquired a joint venture stake in a mixed use development sponsored by an Indonesian tycoon located at Laoximen in Shanghai Puxi city center. The ARE team actively participated in all key decisions regarding the business plan, and eventually sold the stake to the developer and benefitted from strong land value appreciation of the prime location over the holding period.
