Morris Mo is an Senior Associate at WS ASCENT, responsible for project analysis, underwriting, and investment execution. Prior to WS ASCENT, Morris was an Associate at CDH Investments, where he supported the investment execution and portfolio management work of CDH’s real estate practice, which focused on the US and China markets, and has exposure to various asset classes including multifamily, office and industrials. Prior to CDH, he was an Intern Analyst at Macquarie Asset Management, participating in infrastructure-related investments in China. Morris received M.A. and B.A. from the Renmin University of China. He is also a CFA charterholder.
